1. Agreement of Terms
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Kashitravel ("we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our booking portal (kashitravel.in) and all related spiritual tour services.
By accessing the site or purchasing any of our tour packages (including boat rides, cab rentals, VIP Darshans, or hotel reservations), you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using our services.
Important Notice for Pilgrims
Spiritual tourism in historical destinations like Varanasi and Ayodhya involves entering crowded areas and historical monuments. Booking with us implies your understanding of and compliance with local administrative regulations.
2. Booking & Confirmation Process
All bookings requested via our website are subject to availability and verification. A booking request does not constitute a guaranteed reservation until a written confirmation is provided.
Documentation Requirements: In compliance with security protocols at historical temples (e.g., Kashi Vishwanath Temple, Ram Mandir Ayodhya), pilgrims must provide clear, scanned copies of government-issued photo identifications (Aadhaar Card, Passport, or Voter ID) within 48 hours of booking.
Inaccurate Information: Any booking canceled or delayed due to incorrect names or document details provided by the user is the sole responsibility of the user.
Group Details: Group sizes must be declared accurately. Unauthorized additions to travel groups at the time of departure may be denied boarding/lodging or charged extra.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices quoted on our platform are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change based on seasonality, fuel surcharges, tax hikes, or temple fee revisions.
A. Payment Terms
Advance Deposit: A minimum booking advance of 30% of the total package value is required to reserve hotel blocks, cabs, and boat operators.
Remaining Balance: The remaining 70% balance must be cleared at least 7 days before the commencement of the journey, or upon check-in at the destination as agreed in your specific booking invoice.
Late Payments: Failure to settle the balance within the stipulated time frame may result in the automatic cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of your advance deposit.

5. Local Conduct & Customs Guidelines
Pilgrimages involve visiting highly sacred places. We require all travelers to follow local administrative directives, temple rules, and spiritual customs:
Dress Code: Traditional, decent, and conservative clothing is mandatory for entry into most temples (e.g., covering shoulders and knees). Footwear must be removed before entering holy premises.
Photography Restrictions: Photography and videography are strictly prohibited inside the main shrines of temples (such as Kashi Vishwanath) and at cremation ghats (including Manikarnika Ghat and Harishchandra Ghat). Violating these rules may lead to confiscation of equipment by local police.
Leather Goods: Items made of leather (belts, wallets, bags) are strictly banned inside several temple complexes. Please leave them in your transport vehicle or hotel locker.
Respectful Behaviour: Travelers must show respect to local guides, priests, boatmen, and fellow pilgrims. Misconduct or disruption may result in termination of your tour without any refunds.
6. Force Majeure & Service Changes
Kashitravel is not liable for service failures, delays, or itinerary alterations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
Weather & River Conditions: Heavy fog, severe monsoons, high water currents in the Ganges, or government-imposed safety bans on boat operations.
Temple Administrative Changes: Sudden VIP movements, temple trust scheduling changes, or security lockdowns at major shrines.
Political & Civil Events: Strikes (bandhs), civil unrest, road blockages, natural disasters, or government notifications.
In such events, we will make honest attempts to offer alternate dates or alternative sightseeing options, but no financial compensations will be paid for services missed due to Force Majeure.
7. Limitation of Liability
We coordinate with third-party service providers (hotels, transport agencies, boat operators, and local guides). While we verify our partners carefully, we do not control their operations directly.
Personal Injury & Losses: We are not responsible for any personal injuries, illnesses, physical damages, losses of luggage, or accidental deaths occurring during the tour. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.
Loss of Possessions: Travelers are solely responsible for their personal belongings (phones, cash, ornaments, documents). Do not leave valuables unattended in cabs or boats.
Maximum Liability: In any event, our total liability for any claim arising out of a booking shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for that specific booking.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions and your relationship with us shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of India.
Any dispute, conflict, or claim arising out of or in connection with our services, websites, or booking invoices shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India.
